Whether you aspire to establish your own studio or teach in established schools, this nationally recognised qualification equips you with the skills to teach, manage, and inspire the next generation of dancers.
Through a blend of online and face-to-face instruction, you will develop expertise in lesson planning, choreography, safe dance practices, and business management—key skills for a successful career in dance education.
This program is designed to provide practical knowledge and real-world experience, ensuring graduates are prepared for a dynamic and fulfilling career in dance education.

Duration: 12 months (Blended learning, including online and face-to-face session)
Individuals must complete an audition or provide evidence demonstrating competence in at least one dance style equivalent to Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level 4 or above.

CUADTM431 Design and conduct dance learning programs
CUADTM413 Apply safe dance teaching methods
CUADTM412 Promote the physical and emotional wellbeing of children in performing arts
HLTAID011 Provide first aid
CUAWHS405 Provide a safe performing arts environment for children
CUADTM421 Teach basic dance techniques
CUACHR412 Create short dance pieces

CUAADM311 Book rehearsal and performance venues and administer bookings
CUADTM402 Teach basic classical ballet dance technique

Total Course Fee: $4000
This includes access to all online course materials, in-person studio sessions, and assessment support.
Direct Debit Payment is available, and can be arranged to occur on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
